Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Director of Healthcare Quality for Oncology. This role is based in Titusville, NJ; Horsham, PA; and/or Washington, D.C. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., Strategic Customer Group, provides account management and customer support services to key healthcare customers, including leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government healthcare institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics, and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Healthcare Quality Strategy within the Strategic Customer Group. The Director will support J&J Oncology products, advise on and carry out a departmental vision for developing the quality strategy in partnership with various teams such as Health Policy and Advocacy, Strategic Account Management, and others.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Advance oncology clinical pathways strategy for solid tumor and hematologic assets, refining and advancing the commercial strategy, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Serve as a trusted healthcare quality expert, utilizing U.S. quality measures and payment model insights to inform strategic decisions for marketed and pipeline products, focusing on oncology clinical pathways and value-based models.
  • Support quality-based assessment of J&J Oncology products, using product attributes and the healthcare ecosystem to develop the therapeutic area quality strategy.
  • Provide in-depth U.S. healthcare policy and clinical landscape analyses to inform business strategies.
  • Align the quality plan with marketplace needs, stakeholder goals, and strategic plans, ensuring differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and contribute to strategic directions within the therapeutic area.
  • Engage external stakeholders proactively to advance access strategies, partnering with policy, scientific, and government affairs teams.
  • Represent J&J at external meetings and conferences as a healthcare quality expert.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of seven years healthcare industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (Medical, Pharmacy, Nursing, PhD, MBA) preferred.
  • Deep familiarity with lung, bladder, multiple myeloma regimens, and pathway positioning, including knowledge of J&J and competitor products.
  • Preferred familiarity with oncology provider and payor landscape, reimbursement models, sales or marketing experience.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with ability to navigate ambiguity and develop innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of CMS payment policies, quality measurement, and oncology-specific models is preferred.
