Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., part of Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for a Director of Healthcare Quality for Oncology. The role is based in Titusville, NJ; Horsham, PA; or Washington, D.C., with potential remote work options.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Healthcare Quality Strategy and supports J&J Oncology products by developing quality strategies in collaboration with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advance oncology clinical pathways strategy for solid tumor and hematologic assets, refining the commercial strategy and coordinating with medical affairs and other teams.
  • Serve as a healthcare quality expert, leveraging U.S. quality measures and payment models to inform strategic decisions for marketed and pipeline products.
  • Support quality-based assessment of J&J Oncology products using product attributes and healthcare ecosystem insights.
  • Provide reliable U.S. quality intelligence and analyses, considering healthcare policy and landscape changes.
  • Assess scientific and policy trends to inform product strategy.
  • Align quality plans with marketplace needs, stakeholder goals, and strategic plans.
  • Collaborate across teams and contribute to strategic directions and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Represent J&J at external meetings and conferences as a subject matter expert.
Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of healthcare industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Familiarity with oncology regimens, provider and payor landscape, and reimbursement models preferred.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, data analysis, stakeholder negotiation, and healthcare policy is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a matrixed environment required.

The salary range is $160,000 to $276,000, with performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
