Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Director of Healthcare Quality for Oncology. This role is based in Titusville, NJ; Horsham, PA; and/or Washington, D.C.. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., Strategic Customer Group, provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Healthcare Quality Strategy within the Strategic Customer Group. The Director will be responsible for support of J&J Oncology products, advising on and carrying out a departmental vision for the development of the quality strategy in partnership with various teams.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Advance oncology clinical pathways strategy for solid tumor and hematologic assets by refining and coordinating with internal teams.
  2. Serve as a trusted healthcare quality expert to inform strategic decision making related to oncology pathways and value-based models.
  3. Support quality-based assessment of J&J Oncology products, providing strategic direction based on product attributes and healthcare ecosystem insights.
  4. Facilitate reliable U.S. quality intelligence and analyses, considering healthcare policy and landscape changes.
  5. Assess scientific and healthcare policy trends to inform product strategy.
  6. Align quality plans with marketplace needs, stakeholder goals, and strategic plans to differentiate J&J.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
  8. Represent J&J at external meetings and conferences on delivery and payment models.
  9. Build strategic relationships to uncover value-based care initiatives aligned with national priorities.
Qualifications:
  • Seven or more years of healthcare industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Deep familiarity with oncology regimens and pathway positioning.
  • Understanding of oncology provider and payor landscape, reimbursement models, and healthcare policies.
  • Prior sales or marketing experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare quality reporting, clinical standardization, and health system processes is preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $160,000 to $276,000.
