Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Director of Healthcare Quality for Oncology. This role is based in Titusville, NJ; Horsham, PA; and/or Washington, D.C.. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., Strategic Customer Group, provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Healthcare Quality Strategy within the Strategic Customer Group. The Director will be responsible for supporting J&J Oncology products, advising on and carrying out a departmental vision for the development of the quality strategy in partnership with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Focus on advancing an oncology clinical pathways strategy for solid tumor and hematologic assets, refining and advancing the commercial strategy, and coordinating with internal teams such as medical affairs, medical excellence, and field value and evidence.
  • Serve as a trusted healthcare quality expert who understands and facilitates the use of key U.S. quality measure and payment model insights to inform strategic decision-making for marketed and pipeline products.
  • Support J&J Oncology product quality-based assessment, using product-specific attributes and the healthcare ecosystem to develop the therapeutic area quality strategy.
  • Provide in-depth, reliable U.S. quality intelligence and analyses, considering healthcare policy and landscape changes.
  • Assess scientific and healthcare policy, quality information, and future trends to inform product strategy.
  • Ensure that the quality plan aligns with marketplace needs, stakeholder goals, and strategic plans, differentiating J&J in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and external engagement.
  • Represent J&J at external meetings and conferences, serving as an expert resource on delivery and payment models in the therapeutic area.
Qualifications
  • Seven or more years of healthcare industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Medical, pharmacy, nursing degree, PhD, Master’s, or MBA preferred.
  • Deep familiarity with lung, bladder, and multiple myeloma regimens and pathway positioning, including knowledge of J&J oncology and competitors’ products.
  • Familiarity with oncology provider and payor landscape, healthcare reimbursement models, and experience in sales or marketing are preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities are required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity and develop innovative solutions are essential.
  • Knowledge of CMS payment policies, quality measurement, and oncology-specific models is preferred.
  • Experience in health system processes related to clinical standardization of care is preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $160,000 to $276,000, with performance-based bonus potential and comprehensive benefits as detailed in the original description.
