Job summary

AdventHealth in Colorado seeks a senior Analytics, Performance Improvement and Project Management leader to oversee strategic and operational analytics initiatives for the division, guiding a team of data scientists, data engineers, analysts, and project managers.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, drive system-wide improvements in care processes, patient experience, and financial performance, and partner with campus and system leaders to prioritize and deliver impactful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science or healthcare related field.
• 4+ years of formal management experience preferred in analytics/healthcare.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience translating data insights into operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead strategic and operational analytics, project management, and performance improvement for the division.
• Engage in projects to build structural capability and solve business problems.
• Translate technical work for leaders and stakeholders across campuses.
• Mentor a team of data scientists, data engineers, analysts, project managers, and process improvement specialists.
