Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Care Administration.
- 2+ years of management experience in healthcare operations or hospital settings.
- 5+ years in healthcare-related roles preferred.
- Driver's License is required.
Responsibilities
- Provides monthly reporting and outcomes to Executives and Site Practice Administrators.
- Develops and manages dashboards and performance metrics.
- Leads staffing, scheduling, and vendor management to support patient access.
- Drives strategic growth initiatives and collaboration with clinical and operational leaders.
