Job summary

Children’s Hospital Colorado in Aurora, CO, seeks a Senior Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst for the Pediatric Mental Health Institute (PMHI). You will lead advanced data analysis, create executive dashboards, workforce analytics, and reporting to support behavioral health, integrated care, and core hospital services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Public Health, Management, or related field.
• Five (5) years of related experience required.
• Experience with healthcare analytics, dashboard reporting, and performance improvement methodologies preferred.
• Experience supporting behavioral health, pediatric healthcare, or academic medical center operations preferred.
• Equivalency: combination of additional experience and education may substitute on a 1:1 year basis.
• Epic analytics certifications and data governance knowledge are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts complex data analysis and develops meaningful, accurate data reports, dashboards, and research registries.
• Develops and maintains executive dashboards, workforce analytics, provider productivity reporting, and operational performance measures.
• Leads reporting initiatives for restricted, philanthropic, grant-funded, and strategic funding.
• Translates data into actionable insights and presents findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborates with IT, finance, informatics, and clinical teams to ensure data quality and governance.
• Manages analytical projects from start to finish and supports self-service analytics.
