Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred in healthcare administration or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience within hospital/health system, consulting organization, or healthcare company.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular care, chronic disease management, imaging services, or related clinical service lines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize research into strategic recommendations and insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of healthcare intelligence and service line strategy insights for client growth and operations decisions.
• Collaborate across Sg2 and Vizient teams to deliver thought leadership and analytics-driven solutions.
• Develop publications, presentations, webinars, and strategic briefings.
• Translate market trends into updates for forecasting and analytics tools, including the Impact of Change model.
• Analyze market data and industry research to craft strategic recommendations.
• Present insights at client meetings, events, and internal reviews.
• Support cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Contribute to innovative healthcare strategy through research and industry engagement.
