Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a senior consulting leader to guide complex projects aimed at reducing clinical variation and improving cost efficiency in healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7 or more years of relevant experience required; healthcare provider or consulting background preferred.
• Deep understanding of Physician/Clinical Preference Items is highly preferred.
• Experience leading large, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to lead change initiatives and navigate ambiguity in dynamic healthcare environments.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills with executives, physicians, and frontline staff.
• Willingness to travel regularly; MST/PST time zone preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to enhance cost efficiency and reduce clinical variation.
• Lead complex consulting projects and workstreams with timely execution and measurable impact.
• Develop and manage project plans aligning scope, schedule, and budget.
