Job summary

Dandelion Health AI seeks a Director, Network Strategy & Operations to manage Consortium health system partnerships and ensure data pipeline reliability for commercial engagements. You will balance strategic relationship ownership with hands-on data delivery and compliance tasks, guiding executive-level discussions and operational execution.

The role blends stakeholder management with hands-on problem solving, including de-identification and data transfer challenges, across a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, health system operations, healthcare data/compliance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships at the executive level.
• Comfortable operating across both strategic and tactical altitudes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for sensitive escalation and partner-facing communications.
• Experience with healthcare data types (structured EHR, clinical notes, ECG, imaging) and de-identification/HIPAA is a plus.
• Prior experience in a data licensing, life sciences, or health data platform business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Health System Partnership Management: own relationships with Consortium partners and oversee onboarding, health, escalations, and expansion.
• Network Strategy & Value Creation: refine value propositions and tailor partnerships to institutional needs.
• Data Compliance & Delivery Operations: oversee de-identification methods, data quality, and documentation for partners.
• Commercial & Cross-Functional Support: assist GTM with partner data capabilities in client conversations.
• Reporting & Scope: coordinate executive updates and ensure alignment across legal, data, engineering, and product teams.
