Job summary

Dandelion Health in the United States is seeking an ambitious commercial leader to own the AI developer business, driving revenue across TORCH, training partnerships, and the Clinical AI Marketplace. You will build a robust pipeline, close deals with AI developers, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience while scaling the market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably with AI developers, clinical AI, or healthcare data products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building a robust pipeline.
• Strong understanding of the AI development, medical device, and digital health industries.
• Experience working with healthcare data (structured, unstructured, imaging, waveforms) or credibility with ML and data science teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical conversations.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow AI developer business across TORCH, training partnerships, and the Clinical AI Marketplace.
• Build a strong pipeline of AI developers for the TORCH; guide clients through the process with clarity and rigor.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers in AI development, medical devices, and digital health.
• Recruit, contract, and onboard AI developers into the Clinical AI Marketplace and generate revenue for pharma projects.
• Build long-lasting relationships with developer clients by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, data, and engineering to ensure seamless customer experience and inform GTM strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the clinical AI landscape to inform strategy.
• Represent Dandelion Health at industry events and conferences.
