Coyote Valley Casino Resort seeks a Health and Human Services Director to manage the department and implement community health programs under the Indian Health Service framework. You will supervise staff, oversee PRC billing, and ensure effective service delivery and reporting.

The role requires a health services or business degree with related experience, strong leadership and budget skills, and the ability to coordinate with tribal councils and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health services or business management with 3 years relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree with 6 years.
• Experience with health billing and governmental accounting.
• Thorough knowledge of HIPAA law.
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• Emergency response management experience preferred.
• Ability to identify, develop and implement services and programs.

• Plan, direct and supervise the Health and Human Services Department operations.
