Director - Health Economics Market Access (Remote)

Position Summary

The Director - Health Economics Market Access is responsible for developing and executing Health Economic and Outcomes Research (HEOR) strategies for current and future products at Caris Life Sciences. The role involves collaborating on payer and reimbursement strategies, leading research initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and external vendors to develop health economic value propositions. The individual will oversee HEOR projects from inception to dissemination, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HEOR strategies and evidence generation plans.
  • Lead HEOR studies including literature reviews, real-world data analysis, PRO studies, and economic models.
  • Manage study documentation, communicate findings to stakeholders, and ensure scientific accuracy.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors, manage budgets and timelines.
  • Provide internal training on HEOR methodologies and findings.
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Public Health, MBA, or related field with 5-10+ years of industry experience, or Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of experience.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Expertise in HEOR study design, methods, and modeling.
  • Ability to influence strategy and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS in outcomes-related fields or PharmD with HEOR experience.
  • Minimum of 8+ years in health economics and outcomes research, with clinical research background.
  • Experience in hematology/oncology and analyzing retrospective databases.
Additional Details

Annual Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000. Employment is full-time, remote, with conditions including background checks. Caris Life Sciences is an equal opportunity employer.
