Director - Health Economics Market Access (Remote)

Position Summary

The Director - Health Economics Market Access is responsible for developing and executing HEOR strategies for Caris Life Sciences' products. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally to develop health economic value propositions, leading research projects, and communicating findings to support patient access and market positioning.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Align with Market Access and Clinical teams to understand evidence needs.
  2. Develop and implement HEOR evidence strategies and publication plans.
  3. Lead HEOR studies, including literature reviews, real-world data analyses, PRO studies, and economic models.
  4. Manage study documentation, communication of findings, and external vendor relationships.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to support evidence dissemination and field initiatives.
  6. Provide internal HEOR training and ensure scientific accuracy in conference materials.
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Public Health, MBA, or related field with 5-10+ years of industry experience, or Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of experience.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Expertise in HEOR study design, methods, and modeling.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings, with travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS or PharmD with HEOR experience; experience in hematology/oncology preferred.
  • Experience analyzing claim databases and EMRs, and in clinical/outcomes research.
  • Deep knowledge of US market access environment and value proposition development.
Additional Details

Annual salary range: $180,000 - $220,000. Employment is full-time, and the role is remote. Caris Life Sciences is an equal opportunity employer.
