Director - Health Economics Market Access (Remote)

Join us at Caris Life Sciences as a Director - Health Economics Market Access. This role is remote and involves leading HEOR strategies to support current and future products.

Position Summary

The Director will develop and execute HEOR strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage external vendors. Responsibilities include designing studies, analyzing data, and communicating findings to support product value propositions and patient access.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align with Market Access and Clinical teams to identify evidence needs.
  • Develop and implement HEOR evidence strategies and publication plans.
  • Lead HEOR studies, including literature reviews, real-world data analyses, PRO, cost-effectiveness, and budget impact models.
  • Manage study documentation and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Oversee budgets and timelines for external vendors.
  • Collaborate across departments and with external experts to execute and disseminate research.
  • Provide internal training on HEOR methodologies.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Master’s in Public Health, MBA, or related; 5-10+ years in biotech/pharma or Bachelor’s + 15+ years experience.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Expertise in HEOR study design, methods, and modeling.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel (~25%).

Preferred:

  • MS or PharmD with HEOR specialization, 8+ years industry experience.
  • Experience with market access, hematology/oncology, and retrospective data analysis.
Compensation

Annual range: $180,000 - $220,000, with actual offer based on experience and location.
