Qualifications

• 8+ years of biopharma, marketing, or related commercial experience.
• Oncology product launches experience preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage agency partners.
• Strong scientific understanding and compliant marketing capability.
• Experience developing brand plans aligned with business goals.
• Excellent communication and leadership across functions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead HCP marketing strategy for Ficerafusp Alfa in HNSCC and US market opportunities.
• Develop and execute multi-channel launch plans across channels and congress.
• Create and refine HCP messaging and core visuals for promotions and training.
• Oversee digital/omni-channel strategy and educational resources.
• Collaborate with medical affairs, sales, training, and market access teams.
• Engage KOLs and regional experts to identify market needs.
• Ensure compliant processes, reporting, and budget adherence.
