Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, focused on HCP engagement and omnichannel marketing.
• Experience in CNS/psychiatry/neurology preferred.
• Proven ability to manage HCP engagement strategies including non-personal promotion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HCP engagement strategy aligned with brand objectives.
• Lead omnichannel and NPP initiatives to maximize reach and impact.
• Create tools and messaging to enable field sales and HCP engagement.
• Engage KOLs, oversee speaker programs, and manage congress presence.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to refine strategies.
• Collaborate across medical, regulatory, and commercial teams.
