Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, CS or Physics or related technical field.
• 12+ years of experience in semiconductor product management, system architecture or related leadership.
• Strong knowledge of DRAM, High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) and AI accelerators.
• Ability to define product strategy, influence roadmaps, and build business cases.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging executives, with travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and requirements for next-gen HBM solutions.
• Collaborate with customers, hyperscalers, AI accelerators, and partners to define needs and plans.
• Analyze market trends, workloads, and competition to shape direction and investments.
• Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, and marketing to meet milestones.
• Prepare executive decks, business cases, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
