Job summary

Trader Interactive is seeking a Director of GTM Operations in Virginia Beach to align Sales and Marketing and drive revenue growth. You will lead a small team, own the annual plan, and translate data into strategic actions using AI, analytics, and research.

You will partner with Sales leadership and Finance, build segmentation models, define handoffs, and scale campaigns. Strong Salesforce, Looker, Snowflake, and SQL skills are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or strategic consulting/finance.
• Experience leading and developing a team, ideally including analysts and/or project managers.
• Track record of owning complex, cross-functional initiatives end to end, from problem framing to execution & measurement.
• Strong commercial instincts: connect operational decisions to revenue outcomes and funnel health.
• Executive-level communicator who turns messy problems into structured roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM strategy and annual growth plan with Sales leadership, Finance, and executive sponsors.
• Own campaign governance, dashboards, and playbooks for CRM configuration, workflows, and reporting.
• Define marketing-to-sales handoff, align campaigns and messaging with sales workflows.
• Identify, pilot, and scale AI and automation across prospecting, lead scoring, and rep workflows.
• Lead and develop a small team, balancing planning, analytics, and campaign operations.
