Sage is seeking a Director of GTM Effectiveness & Execution in the United States (Atlanta area, hybrid). You will translate growth priorities into executable GTM motions, partner with Product Marketing and Growth, and align field leaders to drive productivity, pipeline, and revenue improvements.
The role requires 10+ years in sales enablement or GTM, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across Growth, Product, and Sales Operations.
The Director of GTM Effectiveness & Execution is accountable for turning growth strategy into consistent, repeatable revenue execution across regions and motions. This role owns how GTM strategy shows up in the field, defining executable GTM motions, ensuring frontline and manager adoption, and driving measurable improvements in productivity, pipeline performance, and revenue outcomes. Success is defined by how effectively sellers and managers execute the right behaviors in the moments that matter, and the impact that has on revenue; establishing GTM effectiveness as a revenue execution engine and not a support function.
