This role is hybrid, three days per week onsite in the Lawrenceville office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, own and govern the regional Customer Support commercial plan, including growth priorities, campaign focus areas and performance targets aligned to regional In- life business objectives.
- Partner with Commercial Operations, Route to Revenue (RTR) and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to identify growth opportunities, develop regional forecasts and convert commercial priorities into executable plans for Customer Service.
- Support Teams & Leaders to develop best practice approach to Customer engagement, revenue & customer protection and lead generation
- Define, implement and govern the Reward & Incentive approach to optimize revenue contribution
- Work with the Center of Excellence (COE) to develop improved processes, practices and technology, (including implementation of next best action capability) so colleagues can effortlessly drive growth opportunities
- Work with the Learning, Coaching and Operational Teams to drive colleague development so they can confidently engage with customers to harness growth opportunities
- Work with the Regional Director to constantly track performance, identifying opportunities for enablement & improvement to meet and exceed targets
- Manage interdependencies & relationships across multiple business areas, to build a culture of continuous improvement
- Utilize the ‘High Performing Culture methodology’ to inspire high performance and maintain a focus on customer growth
- Execute on Global Support & Grow strategy, Chair regional Support & Grow governance forums, performance reviews and commercial interlocks, ensuring actions, decisions and risks are managed effectively.
- Work with digital support teams to maximize growth opportunities through digital journeys, self-service channels, campaigns and next-best-action capabilities.
Skills & Know How
- Experience developing commercial plans, forecasts and performance improvement initiatives linked to measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives and execution plans, strong analytical skills
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes, tools and behaviors
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align priorities, manage cross-functional dependencies and drive outcomes across multiple teams without direct authority
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategy, performance and opportunities in a simple and compelling way
