Job summary

Qualifications

Experience activating consumer-facing digital and AI capabilities at regional level in a CPG or consumer business.
Ability to translate global products into local commercial outcomes.
Strong understanding of regional retailer landscapes and channel dynamics.

Responsibilities

Partner with segment leadership to identify growth technology opportunities driving outcomes.
Activate global CGT capabilities within the segment, adapting to local retailer dynamics.
Drive retailer- and channel-specific growth tech deployment in the segment.
Own the segment test-and-learn agenda and validate impact before scaling.
Serve as the primary CGT interface for segment needs to global CGT leaders.
Track and report commercial value from growth tech activation to senior stakeholders.
