Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA/CFA/MBA or similar designation is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years selling accounting/financial permanent placement or direct-hire recruiting.
• Background in audit, tax, and/or public accounting is a plus.
• Proven success achieving and exceeding performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales and recruitment professionals to meet targets.
• Set pace and maintain high personal production while maintaining teamwork.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill open job orders across the organization.
• Ensure activity logging and records are thorough and accurate for business development.
