Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive finance experience with FP&A, analytics, and business partnering.
• Experience with sales analytics, pipeline reporting, or commercial finance preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Cross-BU process integration, aligned planning, and reporting cadences.
• Business partnership providing strategic account support and performance forecasting.
• FP&A and forecasting including monthly P&L updates, variance analysis, and pricing assessments.
• Own GO-wide financial processes, models, and reporting frameworks.
