Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
12+ years of professional experience with 8–10+ years in product management/strategy.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional alignment.
Strong business and financial acumen; connect product strategy to performance.
Experience leading and developing product teams.
Ability to operate at strategic and execution levels in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Define and own growth and financial product strategy aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive revenue, margin expansion, and differentiation.
Translate initiatives into product vision, roadmap, and prioritized investments.
Oversee a portfolio of initiatives balancing growth with platform scalability.
Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for revenue, efficiency, and outcomes.
Lead and develop a team of Product Managers with clear goals and accountability.
