Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of executive leadership in commercial construction
• Experience directing ground-up building developments and tenant improvements $10M–$50M+
• 7+ years mentoring teams of PMs and engineers
• Experience leading TDD site evaluations, structural audits, and municipal permitting
• Knowledge of AIA contracts and GMP terms

Responsibilities

• Act as regional executive contact for client real estate leads and officials
• Direct major ground-up developments and high-finish interior fit-outs
• Lead TDD site assessments and structural/environmental reviews
• Manage a team of 3–4 program managers with performance reviews
• Oversee contractor selection, bidding, and field construction execution
• Enforce safety culture and OSHA/EHS compliance
