Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Director of Global Planning & Operations to drive strategic digital transformation. You’ll lead multi-year roadmaps for order management, planning, and fulfillment while championing AI, automation, and analytics to boost performance and customer experience.

You will partner with IT and business leaders to set priorities, govern data, and establish KPIs across a global organization, Develop dashboards and executive insights to inform decisions and growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in semiconductor operations, supply chain, or related fields.
• 5+ years of leadership guiding global teams.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformational initiatives.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
• MBA or advanced degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for digital transformation across order management, planning, and fulfillment.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, advanced analytics, and workflow technologies to improve operational performance and decision-making.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to define technology priorities, investment plans, and transformation strategies.
• Influence cross-functional decision-making by representing the perspective, needs, and priorities of the business.
• Champion data governance, business process standardization, and enterprise-wide process integration.
• Establish KPIs and governance models to measure transformation success and operational effectiveness.
• Develop operational dashboards and executive reporting capabilities.
• Leverage advanced analytics to drive demand prioritization, customer segmentation, backlog optimization, and fulfillment performance.
• Deliver actionable insights regarding customer commitments, capacity utilization, inventory exposure, revenue risks, and operational trends.
• Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership based on business intelligence and operational data.
• Build and lead a high-performing global organization spanning order management, business operations, and transformation teams.
• Develop talent, succession plans, and organizational capabilities in a rapidly changing business environment.
• Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners, and consulting firms.
