The Director, Government Strategy & Planning is a key member of the Market Access, Patient Services & Contracting team. This role involves developing a globally integrated Patient Access strategy focused on product differentiation, leading cross-functional value and access teams, and crafting the Market Access and Pricing & Contracting strategies for the assigned brand franchise.

Work Experience:
Travel: Up to 20%, including field visits and conference attendance.
Location: Princeton, NJ, on-site; remote work not available. Preference for local candidates.
Sandoz offers a flexible hybrid work model, competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a total compensation package that may include bonuses, stock units, and other perks. The salary range at start is $194,600 to $361,400/year, subject to market and individual factors.
