This role reports directly to the Vice President of Civilian Market Strategy.
This position is responsible for expanding the serviceable available market (SAM) by developing clear growth strategies focused on our Income, Asset, and Eligibility solution segment. The candidate must be a government program subject matter expert, especially in enrollment and eligibility assessment.
The role involves translating subject matter expertise into actionable strategic plans, identifying new growth opportunities through analysis, and ensuring organizational alignment via go-to-market and strategic execution plans. The candidate will establish and monitor KPIs, communicate progress effectively, and demonstrate executive presence.
Key activities include maintaining insights on segment needs, risks, legislation, policies, emerging technologies, trends, competitors, and threats. The individual will be the authority on market needs, guiding product development, external thought leadership, and market positioning. Strengthening personal and brand reputation externally is also essential.

Salary ranges vary by state, e.g., Minnesota: $116,000 - $215,500; California: $133,300 - $247,900, etc.
