About Our Team

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Civilian Market Strategy.

About The Role

This position is responsible for expanding the serviceable available market (SAM) by developing clear growth strategies focused on our Income, Asset, and Eligibility solution segment. The candidate must be a government program subject matter expert, especially in enrollment and eligibility assessment.

The role involves translating subject matter expertise into actionable strategic plans, identifying new growth opportunities through analysis, and ensuring organizational alignment via go-to-market and strategic execution plans. The candidate will establish and monitor KPIs, communicate progress effectively, and demonstrate executive presence.

Key activities include maintaining insights on segment needs, risks, legislation, policies, emerging technologies, trends, competitors, and threats. The individual will be the authority on market needs, guiding product development, external thought leadership, and market positioning. Strengthening personal and brand reputation externally is also essential.

Responsibilities

• Owning the vision for the Income, Asset, and Eligibility solution segment
• Exploring, identifying, and supporting innovation
• Developing fact-based growth plans to expand revenue and SAM
• Maintaining expertise on clients, solutions, partners, and competitors
• Making timely, evidence-based decisions
• Communicating decisions clearly and inspiring consensus
• Exuding executive presence in all communications
• Leading teams within and across business units
• Establishing market leadership externally to grow brand presence
• Balancing big-picture thinking with detailed execution through team management
• Focusing on accountability amidst distractions
• Aligning external resources to support strategic goals
• Engaging with industry groups (e.g., NAPHSIS, BIC, NIST) to establish thought leadership
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 10+ years experience with the U.S. public sector, especially federal, state, and local civilian programs
• 10+ years experience with Government Income, Asset, and Eligibility solutions (data, technology, platforms)
• 10+ years experience in the ecosystem including clients, partners, competitors, and regulations
• Understanding of emerging technologies supporting government initiatives
• Proven success in building professional relationships
• Expertise in business growth techniques
• Strong negotiation and networking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm for company growth and mission
