MP Materials Corp. is seeking a Director of Account Management for our Washington, DC office to lead engagement with government customers and defense contractors. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and drives government contract management and solicitation responses on site in DC.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in U.S. federal procurement (FAR/DFARS), a strong DoW network, and a proven track record in negotiations and customer management within the defense-industrial

Qualifications

• Experience navigating FAR/DFARS in federal solicitations and bid responses.
• Proven ability to manage government stakeholders across defense sectors.
• Strong communication and proposal development skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage relationships with government customers, DoW, and defense contractors.
• Lead responses to government solicitations (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs/BAAs/OTAs) with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the primary account manager for DoW and defense customers, coordinating product delivery and requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on U.S. and allied procurement strategies and processes.
