Job summary

Bristol Bay Services seeks an Associate General Counsel and Director of Compliance (AGC/DoC) to lead government contracts compliance and the enterprise ethics program. This senior attorney guides executives on FAR/DFARS, pricing, and flow-downs while directing investigations and disclosure matters. The role oversees ITAR/EAR, cyber risk controls, and supply chain compliance.

Required is a JD, active U.S. bar, and at least 8 years of legal experience including 5 in government contracts.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 8 years of legal experience, including 5+ years in government contracts and compliance.
• Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, False Claims Act, and disclosure requirements.
• Experience leading investigations and managing government audits or inquiries.
• Working knowledge of ITAR/EAR, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, and DFARS cybersecurity.
• Experience building or leading a corporate compliance program and presenting to executives/boards.

Responsibilities

• Advise on FAR, DFARS, and agency requirements throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Counsel on pricing, IP/data rights, claims, terminations, and subcontracts.
• Lead enterprise ethics and compliance, including training, monitoring, and investigations.
• Oversee ITAR/EAR and trade compliance, including registrations and licensing.
• Advise on cybersecurity requirements and incident reporting.
• Oversee supply chain, procurement integrity, and anti-corruption measures.
• Lead internal investigations and government inquiries, including suspension/debarment matters.
• Oversee corporate compliance including gifts, lobbying, M&A, and international programs.
