Job summary

Doyon, Limited is seeking a Compliance Director/Associate General Counsel to lead the company's compliance, ethics, and records management programs under the General Counsel. You will advise on personnel, human relations, labor relations, employment law, and other corporate matters, and collaborate with management to identify risks and implement controls.

The role requires a Juris Doctor from an accredited school, Alaska bar admission, and at least 10 years of compliance-related experience,

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in the State of Alaska.
• Minimum 10 years professional-level experience in compliance management, personnel law, human resources, employment law, labor relations or related field.
• Minimum 2 years direct supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and consultation on personnel, human relations, labor relations, employment, and other corporate matters.
• Balance legal services with compliance program leadership and oversight.
• Direct, supervise, and evaluate legal administrative staff.
• Develop and manage compliance programs, budgets, and training.
