Job summary

DLH Corp is seeking a Director of Pricing with GovCon experience to lead a pricing team and shape pricing strategy for federal health and national security programs. You will work with Growth, Capture, Finance, Contracts, and Operations to craft competitive, compliant pricing for complex U.S.

Government opportunities. The role is remote within the United States, offering leadership duties and hands-on pricing work, including Price-to-Win, model development, and proposal support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or related field.
• 16 years of progressive U.S. Government contractor pricing experience, including 3+ years as lead pricing resource.
• Experience leading pricing efforts and mentoring pricing professionals; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and DFARS Estimating System criteria; ability to lead complex pricing analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing function, set priorities, allocate workload, maintain quality standards.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies for major, complex bids; lead cost volume activities.
• Guide RFP analysis and translate requirements into effective pricing approaches.
• Develop, review, and validate pricing models, cost estimates, rate structures, and narratives.
• Present pricing recommendations and risk considerations to executive leadership.
