Job summary

DLH Corporation is seeking a Director of Pricing in Texas (remote) to lead a small pricing team and directly influence bid strategies for federal health and national security programs. You will shape Price-to-Win approaches, guide executive decisions, and develop financially sound pricing models for high-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 16 years of GovCon pricing or related proposal pricing experience.
• Experience leading pricing on complex, high-value bids and mentoring others.
• Solid knowledge of FAR/DFARS and pricing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing function, set priorities, and guide the pricing team.
• Develop pricing strategies for major bids and proposals from RFP analysis to submission.
• Provide guidance during RFP analysis translating requirements into pricing approaches.
• Develop and validate detailed pricing models, cost estimates, and rate structures.
• Present pricing recommendations to executives and support bid/no-bid decisions.
• Direct Price-to-Win activities incorporating competitive intelligence and market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with RFPs, corporate policies, FAR/DFARS and DFARS Estimating System.
• Support recompete pipelines and protect margins while remaining competitive.
