Job summary

DLH Corporation is seeking a Director of Pricing with GovCon experience to shape pricing strategy for federal health and national security programs. This player-coach role leads a pricing team while personally driving high-priority pursuits, pricing models, cost analyses, and proposal development.

The ideal candidate brings senior pricing leadership, familiarity with FAR/DFARS, and a track record of delivering competitive, compliant pricing for incumbent and recompete opportunities.

Qualifications

• 16 years of progressive GovCon pricing experience, with lead pricing on complex, high-value pursuits.
• Experience mentoring pricing professionals and supporting growth-stage contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing function including priorities, workload, and quality standards.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies for major bids and proposals.
• Review and validate detailed pricing models, cost estimates, and narratives.
• Present recommendations to executives and support bid/no-bid decisions.
• Direct Price-to-Win activities and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS.
