Scopely is seeking a Director of Community to define the vision, strategy, and execution for the game's global player experience across Community Management and Customer Support, working remotely from the United States.

You will own the live-service framework, build scalable processes, partner with Marketing, Product, Development, and Analytics, and lead the team through launches and ongoing live moments to deliver top-tier player satisfaction.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading Community Management, Player Experience, Customer Support, or Live Operations for live-service games.
• Proven ability to build Community or Customer Support functions from the ground up with scalable processes.

Responsabilidades

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for Community Management and Customer Support as pillars of live service.
• Lead global Community strategy across announcements, beta, soft launch, and worldwide launch.
• Build and own a global player feedback loop from conversations, research, and support trends into actionable insights.
