Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Philadelphia seeks a Director of Transfer Pricing Planning to lead cross‑functional transfer pricing initiatives within a world‑class tax department and align TP with business operations.

You will develop and review financial models and TP analyses, support intercompany agreements, and provide practical TP guidance for M&A, restructurings, and ongoing reporting, including US GAAP alignment and local statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years transfer pricing experience in Big Four, law firm, or multinational corp.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to translate TP concepts into practical recommendations.
• Strong project management across cross-functional tax planning projects.
• Advanced financial modeling skills; proficient in Excel and Word.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple workstreams, and work in fast-paced environments.
• CPA, law degree, or other relevant advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional workstreams to identify and implement TP planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Operations for TP advice.
• Partner with Tax Reporting to reflect intercompany transactions in US GAAP and local reporting.
• Develop and review financial models and TP analyses, plus executive materials.
• Support legal entity reviews and remediation to improve TP outcomes.
• Ensure intercompany agreements document relationships and transactions.
• Review TP input on external business agreements and arrangements.
• Provide TP support for M&A, transformations, and restructurings, including evaluating structures.
