Zusammenfassung

FTI Consulting is seeking an experienced trade compliance professional to manage multiple client engagements and lead teams delivering global trade compliance solutions. You will oversee investigations, design programs, and interact with clients on complex issues including customs, tariff mitigation strategies, FTZs, and Buy America regulatory sourcing.

The role also supports business development and thought leadership initiatives, offering opportunities for professional growth through coaching

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, International Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive import trade compliance and international trade experience.
• Strong leadership, project management, and client communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, tariff classification, FTZs, free trade agreements, and sourcing requirements (e.g., Buy America).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.

• Lead domestic and international trade compliance investigations and audits.
• Develop and enhance client compliance programs and controls.

• Stay current on evolving U.S. and global trade regulations and policies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and thought leadership content.
