Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Director, Talent Management to shape how our people grow globally. You will define the enterprise career development framework, build a skills ontology, and drive decisions using talent data.

You will lead the onboarding, assimilation, and early career programs, partner with HR Tech to implement in Workday Talent Optimization, and elevate internal mobility across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in talent management or org effectiveness, incl. leadership of enterprise programs.
• Experience leading a team of Talent Management professionals.
• Proven ability to design and scale career development and talent programs.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and talent strategy alignment.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise vision and strategy for career development and create an integrated framework.
• Define and govern a skills ontology and partner with HR Tech to implement in Workday.
• Own and improve the global talent review process and data infrastructure.
• Lead onboarding and assimilation programs to accelerate employee integration.
• Develop Regeneron’s early career program with governance across multiple pipelines.
• Identify stretch assignments and create development pathways with IDP tools.
• Champion internal mobility and build visibility of opportunities across the organization.
• Measure program effectiveness and present leadership with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with HR COEs to align talent and skill gaps with business needs.
