The role integrates global CPA teams, aligns with HUB, and translates operating models into practical, repeatable workflows to accelerate execution and reduce duplication. The successful candidate will lead governance, partner with VP-level leaders, and shape how teams connect, learn
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in communications, public affairs or related disciplines.
- Experience working in complex, global, matrixed organizations with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead governance, tools and processes across global Therapeutic Area CPA teams.
- Coordinate business planning cycles, prioritization and KPI tracking.
- Consolidate regional insights to inform Therapeutic Area priorities.
- Build collaboration across teams and drive adoption of new ways of working.
- Scale best practices and enable cross-TA knowledge sharing.
