Job summary

Allmand, a Generac Company, seeks a Director of Supply Chain to lead standard processes, enhance fulfillment, and optimize warehousing and logistics. You will drive demand-driven SIOP, oversee Materials Management, Planning/Procurement, and WMS/ERP tech, delivering significant cost savings and improved fill rates across two sites in NE and WI.

The role reports to the VP of Operations, guiding Supply Chain Managers and Materials Managers, with a strong focus on Lean principles and data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 10 years' experience within operations, business or supply chain.
• 5 years' experience as WMS/ERP/MRP super user.
• Willingness to travel domestically regularly.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy Allmand's operating model across supply chain and materials management.
• Collaborate with executives to improve processes and systems.
• Ensure SCM and Production Execution aligned to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
• Develop resources and drive performance through systems utilization and process improvements.
• Improve tactical purchasing with Global Sourcing to reduce lead times and increase margins.
• Lead Material/Inventory Management best practices (PFEP, ABC, MRP, VMI).
• Ensure continuity of supply across operations for quality components.
