Job summary

Americase is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Management to lead sourcing, procurement, supplier quality, logistics, and warehousing across all locations and outsource manufacturers. This role reports to the CEO and supports rapid growth with a data-driven, process-oriented approach.

The candidate will drive end-to-end material flow, visibility, and KPI reporting while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales to optimize cost, delivery, and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in supply chain management.
• Experience managing imports from multiple regions (US, Mexico, Asia).
• Lean or continuous improvement expertise.
• Track record of improving on-time delivery, cost, inventory and working capital.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, vendor management and supplier quality across locations.
• Define and execute a scalable supply chain strategy aligned to growth.
• Own material flow from PO to production and delivery with focus on lead time and inventory turns.
• Maintain material visibility across sites and outsource partners.
• Integrate planning: link forecasts, POs, receipts and consumption to reflect material availability.
• Lead weekly supply review with Production, Engineering and Sales to prevent shortages.
