Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a strategic internal consultant to explore and evaluate external delivery options for cash-transfer programs. You will work with the Chief of Staff and Executive team to prioritize opportunities and pilot selected initiatives with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes rigorous analysis, structured recommendations, and the ability to influence senior leaders while aligning with our mission to deliver durable, scalable aid programs.

• Director or Team Lead-level experience in consulting, strategy, or operations.
• Strong analytical instincts and data-driven decision making.

• Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into clear strategies with milestones.

Responsibilities

• Build and prioritize a portfolio of options. Generate a comprehensive set of external pathways to increase delivery capacity, rank by scale/speed/feasibility/cost.
• Pressure test opportunities to a clear verdict with primary diligence and stakeholder engagement.
• Advance one or two priorities from evaluation into implementation, coordinating cross-functional work.
• Define and run competitive solicitations, publishing an RFP with clear criteria and evaluation.
• Negotiate with institutional counterparts (UN agencies, INGOs, mobile operators, government bodies).
• Equip Executive decision-making with analysis and written recommendations.
