Overview

Your Event Solutions is a multi-award-winning global meetings and events company, part of ALTOUR, an Internova Travel Group company. We deliver innovative experiences for major brands. The Sales Administrator role involves managing the entire sales process, developing systems and tools, training teams, and providing insights and reporting to leadership. The role also includes building a library of RFP responses, developing pricing tools, and working closely with finance.

Responsibilities
  1. Create and manage global and regional sales collateral accessible to all team members.
  2. Develop success stories with quantifiable results for use in sales.
  3. Manage Salesforce and transition to Cvent post-sale.
  4. Develop comprehensive sales activity reports.
  5. Train new team members on processes.
  6. Maintain and update a global library of RFP responses and sales tools.
  7. Engage with the sales team to qualify requests.
  8. Manage proposal development, workload, and team growth.
  9. Handle agreements such as MSAs, LOIs, and SOWs.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and foster industry relationships.
  11. Attend industry events and negotiate contracts.
  12. Collaborate with internal teams on products and services.
  13. Understand internal operations to support sales efforts.
  14. Define and communicate service offerings and fees.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 5-7 years in managing enterprise sales processes.
  3. Strong leadership and team development skills.
  4. Financial expertise in costing and pricing.
  5. Experience reviewing contractual agreements.
  6. Knowledge of meetings, hotel, and travel industry terms.
  7. Proficiency in Salesforce, Cvent, Excel, PowerPoint, Office.
  8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  9. Ability to travel up to 20%.
