Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global reliability strategy for Distribution & Logistics technology platforms.
- Lead managers, engineers, vendors, and partners to improve service performance and incident response.
- Oversee service performance, risk management, and cross-functional stakeholder partnerships.
- Advance AI-enabled support, automation, observability, and knowledge management to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Establish and maintain standards for incident, problem, change, release, and disaster recovery processes.
- Develop organizational capability through talent development and leadership coaching.
