Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related subject.
• Advanced degree preferred; certification a plus.
• 7+ years regulatory experience in pharmaceutical settings; US&C region experience.
• Experience leading strategic regulatory projects in a complex, matrix environment.
• Experience developing and implementing global regulatory strategies and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead GRPT to develop and implement global regulatory strategies in line with regulations and business goals.
• Coordinate with LRST and AST to ensure clear strategic messaging in global dossiers.
• Accountable for regulatory policy and strategy for assigned products.
• Lead preparation of global regulatory product strategies and risk mitigation plans.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to GRPT members and manage team performance.
• Analyze regulations and guidance to inform worldwide regulatory actions.
• Present regulatory assessments and recommendations to executive management.
