Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Director Regulatory Affairs Global Regulatory Lead (GRL II, Neuroscience) to shape and drive global strategies for product approvals and lifecycle management. You will lead the Global Regulatory Product Team, collaborate with AST and cross-functional partners, and guide regulatory messaging across regions.

The role requires 7+ years in regulatory affairs, strong leadership, and proven experience in US&C and other major regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field required.
• Advanced degree with regulatory focus preferred.
• Experience leading regulatory strategy in pharma/biotech settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global regulatory strategies for assigned product areas.
• Lead cross-functional regulatory teams to align strategy with business goals.
• Prepare and maintain global regulatory dossiers and risk mitigations.
• Mentor GRPT members and influence regulatory policy and guidance.
