AbbVie is seeking a Director Regulatory Affairs Global Regulatory Lead (GRL II) in Neuroscience to develop and implement global strategies for product approvals and lifecycle management. Leads the Global Regulatory Product Team, ensuring strategic messaging and proactive mitigation of regulatory risks across regions.

The role requires deep drug development knowledge, strong leadership, and collaboration with AST and cross-functional teams to support development and commercialization efforts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, pharmacology) or related subject.
• Advanced degree preferred; certification a plus.
• 7+ years regulatory experience including US & C region; 5+ years strategic leadership.
• Experience in complex matrix environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and proactive negotiation skills.
• Experience developing and implementing global regulatory strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support cross-functional objectives; guide GRPT and develop global strategies.
• Ensure clear strategic messaging in global regulatory dossiers and responses.
• Accountable for meeting corporate goals; lead regulatory policy and strategy.
• Prepare global regulatory product strategies and risk mitigation plans.
• Mentor GRPT members and participate in company initiatives.
• Analyze legislation, regulations, and guidance for worldwide accountability.
• Align global regulatory strategies with senior management and communicate impacts.
• Oversee budget and sponsor key RA initiatives.
