Job summary

UKG is seeking a Director, Transformation Delivery & Enablement to lead Finance Digital Enablement’s transformation portfolio. You will partner with Global Process Owners, Finance leadership, and IT to ensure strategic initiatives are planned, governed, delivered, adopted, and sustained.

You will establish and lead a high-performing team, drive delivery standards, and manage complex cross-functional programs, focusing on value realization and organizational change across multiple finance domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related discipline.
• 10+ years leading enterprise transformation programs or PMOs.
• Experience establishing Transformation Management Office or Enterprise PMO.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional transformation initiatives including Finance, technology, AI, or automation.
• Strong expertise in portfolio management, governance, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Transformation Portfolio across RTR, PTP, OTC, AI/Automation and future initiatives.
• Build and lead a modern transformation team with governance, reporting, and best practices.
• Drive programs from planning through implementation, stabilization, and value realization.
• Establish organizational change management capabilities and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and deliver communications and learning enablement to support adoption.
• Define business cases, base performance measures, and benefits realization.
• Establish governance forums, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Develop trusted partnerships across Finance, IT, Internal Audit, Procurement, HR, and leadership.
• Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team with clear goals and accountability.
