GSK is seeking a Director, Global Real-World Evidence & Health Outcomes Scientist in Oncology to lead evidence programs that support asset teams and commercial strategies. You will design and execute studies, maintain data resource knowledge, and collaborate across medical, market access, R&D, and commercial teams to deliver high-quality evidence for value proposition and payer discussions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing a variety of RWE studies including prospective observational studies, cross-sectional and retrospective cohorts.
• Ability to translate needs for evidence into study concepts aligned with asset strategy and HTA requirements.
• Experience supporting HTA submissions and evidence generation for market access.

Aufgaben

• Plan, design and execute multiple studies for a given asset within timelines and budgets.
• Assure quality of deliverables including study protocols, analyses, reports, abstracts and manuscripts.
• Identify resources and analyses to inform study design and advise internal and external experts as needed.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of real-world data resources and partnerships for research questions.
• Collaborate with medical, market access, R&D and commercial teams for strategic alignment and communication.
• Regularly update stakeholders on plans and progress.
